Our Amok-9 cyclocross commuter fuses sophistication with unrivaled power. Cyclocross by design, our Amok-9 UrbanCross is better classified as an urban warrior. It triumphs the track and it owns the streets. Its 4130 chromoly frame is hand-built, tig-welded, and double-butted for confident and quick riding. It’s more lightweight than a mountain bike and more durable than a city bike. Our relaxed geometry gives a comfortable ride over and over again even when you’re traveling for many miles at a time. We’ve welded the cable on top of the top tube, so it’ll never catch on you or your clothing when it’s time to lift your bike up, whether it be to climb over some logs or up some stairs.

We’ve equipped our cyclocross bikes with a set of gnarly Kenda Small Block 8 tires. These babies can handle rain and shine, gripping the road and impressively dispersing water. The rubber of the tires will absorb the shock of tough streets and potholes. They’re also sizable tires, which means faster and more efficient trips. We’ve included our own Retrospec brand Low Profile BMX pedals for the most control. Our cantilever brakes can handle pretty much anything you throw at them, from wet weather and mud to gentle breezes and perfectly paved streets. But we didn’t stop there, oh no. We’ve included a Shimano Altus derailleur with a microSHIFT thumb shifter for quick and precise shifting. Oh yes. Our nine-speed Amok cyclo-cross/commuter is ready for you to ride hard, track or street.Frameset:
